•What is the production time of an item? The production time varies for each item. The standard production time is 10 – 12 working days once the artwork is approved. Rush services are available but are subject to an additional charge. |
•How do I get artwork or what do I do if I already have it? If you have camera ready artwork, please mail it to us. We will return it to you once the product is complete. We would prefer to receive a digital format of your logo. It would be helpful to us if it were on an Adobe Illustrator or EPS file with vector lines. Please e-mail it to us at e-mail address. |
•What happens if I want a less than minimum quantity? Less than minimum quantity is available for certain items only. Please contact us for further information or questions. |
•What kind of taxation is used in the billing process? If applicable, only CA state taxes will be applied to your invoice. If your organization is tax exempted, please send us a tax exempt letter before your order is placed. |
•Additional Information: o Every effort is made to ship the exact number or quantity desired. However, for imprinted merchandise, Dolphin Promotions reserves the right to ship 5% over or under the amount of the order, and we will bill accordingly.
